Examples of my work

Here you will eventually find examples of my work. For right now, I am actually quite busy working on several sites, so this page is getting neglected. Old adages about barefoot shoemaker's children comes to mind...

diarmad.com

You are indeed actually looking at one example of my work. It has gone through a few incarnations now. This one is definitely my favorite. It uses php and css. I once had planned on a pretty Flash menu, but it was BLOATED! See the home page for my rant on bloating.

roofwrap.com

This site recently went down, so you can't see it, but it was pretty technically cool.

This site is *mostly* simple. It uses css and php. The php is used to drive the products page as well as a HUGE online price calculator. Tons of fun making this site! A pretty amazing product too for those with mobile homes.

kwbeads.com

My mom is an INCREDIBLE bead artist, and this is the site I created for her. I recently redid it to be all database driven, MySQL backend, so my mom could easily add the items herself. I also upped the looks considerably from the last version of it. I have to be honest - I used some unneeded javascript for the mouse overs on the menu items, but only until I can change it to be a more friendly CSS driven thing. Should happen soon! ;) I miss the simplicity of the last one, but this one is so pretty, it's hard to look away. It's hypnotic! You CAN'T look away!

fudge101.com

I made this site for my friend Dorene. This was one of my early sites. FABULOUS fudge. To die for really. Do yourself a favor and order some!

islandapiaries.com

This site is hopefully going live before Feb 2010. Local honey and bees, and wax, and all that jazz. There will probably be a blog and some other stuff within the near future, as well as an online store. After seeing hotflashart.com, the owner of Island Apiaries wanted a similar site.

hotflashart.com

Lampwork beads made by my mother in law. Fabulous stuff! Seeing what she has done made me want to learn how to make lampwork - it's just incredible stuff. This site isn't quite done yet. I am working on making the image across the top change according to the time of day. Also, waiting on my mother in law to provide a little content, and maybe do her first blog.

Don't believe anything you read on the net. Except this. Well, including this, I suppose.
